Like most things of a spiritual or conscious nature it is hard to grasp or imagine how they work or where to find them within us.

The third eye is a pretty tricky topic when it comes to discussing it.

When it comes to the opening of our third eye the less effort the better.

Too many times a seeker will get stuck in their mind and imagination and go no further.

They do not realize that they are still swimming in their mind.

Our third eye is waiting for us in the silence, where we have surrendered the mind and our emotions, along with our imagination.
