Is meditation hard?
Only if we think so.
Every day we use our physical eyes to view the world around us and without effort.
Meditation is just as easy, but we have to shut down our mind and imagination and just watch.
In photography a dark room was used to develop pictures placed in chemicals and hung to allow them to develop. Only a low intensity safe light was used so the photographer could move around safely.
The key is just watch.
Physicists know that even in the deep darkness of space that light still exists, but the naked eye cannot see it.
Our consciousness can also perceive light that is unseen by our physical eyes. This is how our third eye can see into the astral world consciously.
When we meditate and enter the silence, just watch.
Your mind will tell you that you are foolish to do so, but if you are persistent and consciously ready images or visions may begin to appear. This is the third eye looking into the astral world.
Conscious watching is allowing yourself to see without effort, just like you do in the world every day without effort.
Allow yourself to see and behold a new doorway into a new you will open before you.

“Our consciousness can also perceive light that is unseen by our physical eyes. This is how our third eye can see into the astral world consciously.” Thanks for this, something I’ve been working toward.
