Thinking is shallow compared to knowing.
Thinking can give you an idea about something, but it is knowing that gives us the experience of it.
This is a major weakness of most religions.
We are taught to think or believe, but few followers actually know what they believe.
They are given words and ideas to memorize, but not shown how to actually experience them consciously.
Their faith is in stories from the past and not knowledge of the now and maybe the future.
It is never knowledge of themselves.
This faith is immature and unaware. It lacks the knowledge that comes from knowing what they believe.
Don’t just accept with your mind what you believe. Come to know it consciously and within.
Robert.
Thinking is the domain of the ego-mind and knowing the domain of the soul; intuition ... the discourse of the soul .
Hi Robert, I understand thinking to be the domain of the ego-mind and knowing the domain of the soul; intuition ... the discourse of the soul .
