Self Healing
Our level of consciousness determines how we see things.
How we create our reality.
To judge ourselves is to divide ourselves consciously.
This can give a certain freedom, but it also brings pain.
To heal we must choose again to return into oneness.
We must surrender our judgement on life and ourselves.
The path of judgement leads nowhere, but into darkness.
To elevate ourselves and judge another does not bring unity.
To create duality the universe had to create judgement.
This divided it into the energies of light and darkness.
This division is oneness on higher levels.
In its lowest state it becomes division and conflict.
In this state consciousness is experienced as duality.
It is where our consciousness turns against itself through judgement.
Our ego becomes the judge of life.
