The Sticky Glue Of Living
Our life would be pretty dull without emotions, but they can also be a distraction.
Fueled by our thoughts they can take us both higher and lower in an instant.
Oddly at times they seem to be saying we need to take control, but their appearance can reveal we are out of control.
They do serve us well in living life out in the world, but also can become a distraction to the calm serenity of our inner nature and being.
