The Difference Between Them

To understand the difference between emotions and feelings, we have to recognize where they originate.

Emotions are sparked by thoughts or imagination and often reactions to judgements on energized events in our life, even if the reaction is not justified. They are necessary, but often unguided.

True Feelings are pure communications from deep within that come from silence. They are often assisted by intuitive or telepathic insights and originate from cosmic Oneness. They are the part of us that knows without thinking.
