Facing the Unthinkable

America In Trouble

Fear is at the root of the unthinkable.

Both sides wrestling for more control.

Neither sure of what they are doing or if they will succeed.

The inflated ego’s are taking over gradually.

Madness is waiting, lurking in the darkness behind them.

So far denial is keeping insanity from flourishing, but can it last.

Can it hold back the emotions when the dam breaks and the flood waters threaten to drown us all.

As long as we remain consciously ignorant the possibility will exist.

Then we will wonder what hit us and why.
