To communicate we use words and feelings.
Actually it is more words than feelings mostly for many.
Feelings are reserved for the more intimate aspects of our life.
Feelings denote an intensity of communication.
Sometimes they are accompanied by emotion, sometimes they are not.
Feelings denote sincerity and often reveal the truth of what is felt.
In meditation feelings are the key for connection with our higher selves.
Our higher selves do not usually use language and words, but the higher life language of feelings. Intuition and telepathy for example.
Feelings can convey conscious knowing where one hundred words or images are relayed to us in a simple feeling.
