We tend to judge ourselves over what we cannot control.
That is the trap.
Maybe our motivation is guilt, but why be guilty over what we did not do.
Our ego judges and compares itself constantly.
It will try to tell us we are not good enough and should have done more.
We always do what we are supposed to be doing and we always are who we are supposed to be.
