Yes, it is possible to separate ourselves from the contamination of fear, anxiety and dread.
Each of us is made up of several bodies.
We call them the physical, mental, emotional and astral. More exist, but these are more familiar to us.
What people may not know is that you can separate yourself from those bodies that endure pain and its effects, but to do that we must stop the mind, which will calm our emotions and unpollute our imagination.
Meditation is the tool that permits us to create a conscious gap between the lower three bodies and to experience the freedom of the astral body.
Astral travel and projection are ways that we can consciously escape the confusion and pain in our lower three bodies.
