All conflict is based in fear.

One side wants more control than the other.

Offended egos are aggressive by nature.

The flame of fire burns hot in them.

Demands do not lead to a peaceful resolution.

One must learn to swallow their pride.

Each must find the heart within them.

Only then can a peaceful result be seen.
