What Matters is Conscious Cooperation

In conflicts, two egos have taken refuge within themselves, they both believe they are right.

Armed camps are created this way as blindness grows and grows, finally they will lash out at each other in frustration and anger.

This condition happens every day and all over the world. It happens in families, in marriages, at work and between countries. The need for control is essential for the ego, the need to be right.

This conflict is needed for growth, but our ego sees it as a danger to its control. Hidden within conflict is the opportunity for either party to surrender and realize that peace is more beneficial to both than conflict.
