The symbol of infinity is perfect to explain the nature of our lives. Notice that it is a whole symbol with no breaks in it. It beautifully symbolizes life turning into death and death into rebirth.
The center intersection of the lines symbolizes our physical and earthly lives. Notice the lines that curve towards the center to form the earthly incarnation.
These lines represent a return of consciousness into physical form. The unbrokenness of the lines shows that there is no separation of life and death, both are a continuity of conscious expression of life.
The lower curving lines represent our earthly incarnation, and the two circular sides represent the dark and light aspects in our consciousness.
ALL ARE A PART OF THE ONENESS OF LIFE, BOTH LIGHT AND DARKNESS. Through many lifetimes we have been both. Some are climbing higher in consciousness, and some are to experience darkness or lower forms of life expression. To the universe there is no judgement about this.
Our ego and programming judges our lives, the universe does not.
The infinity symbol is a perfect example of life, death and karma. It is a unified whole built on consciousness.
The two sides of the symbol represent our two choices to either rise in consciousness or descend into darkness. To do good or evil so to speak. To rise in selflessness or descend into selfishness.
The lower lines represent our earthly activity, whether in conscious growing or falling deeper away from it.
The lack of separation in the lines shows that no matter what we choose in a life redemption is possible, because we always return to source consciousness to evaluate our progress or where we may be going.
