Do Not Punish Us

They break us down.

They try to humble us so that the simplicity of our lives can be revealed.

Through our education, we are being taught that we need to control our lives.

While education is important control is not needed.

Our true life is not discovered by controlling it. We must allow it to reveal itself.

Suffering and karma are trying to show us how we are fighting against the true nature of our lives.

Educating ourselves only does not build trust within ourselves, but creates a pseudo-self to often serve the purposes of others.

Trusting ourselves and educating ourselves are the perfect balance for knowledge and understanding of ourselves and life.

We can learn to live in the world we find ourselves in, but also stay true to the core nature of who we are.
