One of the greatest examples of forgiveness is given in the bible. While on the cross, Christ for those who were murdering him. It is unthinkable that any normal person could do that.
Forgiveness is not in the vocabulary of our mind, ego and emotions. The nature of most human ego’s is revenge or so-called justice.
Our ego demands the self-satisfaction of revenge.
To rise above revenge or so-called justice a person must see life with new eyes, consciously we must rise above them. Our ego cannot do that, it is not made for higher conscious living.
We are now being called to see all of life with new eyes, not the limited eyes of physical life, but conscious eyes that look deeply into the unseen.
It is only through the knowing and seeing of our unlimited and eternal self that forgiveness is possible.
Higher states of consciousness do not judge, only the lower ego states. Higher states of consciousness know that they last forever, and fear is not needed to protect a fragile ego.
This view of life is almost impossible to bare unless we have experienced ourselves beyond the veil of our ego and looked into the eyes of the universe within us.
To know is the answer and the explanation for all experiences of life and this is the gift of everlasting life taught by Christ as it was meant to be understood.
Every experience of our lives is meant to teach and reveal to us why we do not know the higher consciousness within us. nonjudgement and forgiveness are essential to realize that.
Sometimes we must experience the effects of fear and hate within us to decide if they are the answer or to let them go in forgiveness.
