The mystery of meditation and higher consciousness is that it is both easy, simple and difficult.

It requires a commitment and not a whenever we feel like it; but it should not be work.

This does not mean that we have to assume odd sitting positions or rituals that require dramatic displays of devotion.

Over time you will learn that it is best to trust what you feel and are led to do.

It is something that you must realize you need to do with no excuses.
