Meditation can be frustrating.
Day after day, once or twice a day with no seeming results.
We like quick results, we like control.
Meditation is not about control, it’s about surrender.
It’s also about getting enough of ourselves and issues in alignment with the universe so communion can begin.
We have to learn to enjoy the silence more than the chatter of our minds and the rise and fall of our emotions.
We have to want to leave it all behind and learn to feel. Feelings are the language of the universe and our consciousness.
The universe does not primarily communicate with words and ideas, but with revelations and conscious feelings.
We have to learn to consciously feel and allow the connection to be made.
There is no ego in this communication, but the humility of our conscious surrender and a willingness to be guided by our higher selves.
It takes a commitment so that even on your worst days you let nothing get in the way of your inner communication.
Communication with the universe means that we open ourselves entirely for investigation by it and our reward is a two-way communication relationship with a joyous intimacy not expressible in words.
