For many the choice to be aware or to stay in their mind is not possible. For years they have thought and thought and thought. Little did they know that they always had permission to feel and to follow those feelings within.
They chose and were programmed to only give credence to outer knowledge. Knowledge of the world, science, business and religion. They were full of knowledge, but little life. They had become knowledge zombies.
This is the state of much of the world, knowledge zombies. They are half alive and hungry to feel more of life and what is real within them. Some are destined to escape their zombie prison, and some are not.
