Meditation

The mystery of meditation can only be found in doing it.

Talk or explanation does not do it service for us.

Our mind and emotions are interwoven in the experiences of our daily lives.

We think an angry thought, we trigger angry emotions and then we may oddly enough experience an unfortunate event.

Most of the time we do not catch the connection.

We let the idea become the emotion and they created the event.

Our thoughts and thinking are at times connected to our karma. There is a reason why we have certain fears, prejudices and habits.

It is not a coincidence as many believe.

Most of us are not consciously present enough in the moment to monitor our thoughts.
