Into Higher Consciousness

Most people do not understand the workings of our mind, imagination and emotions.

This is especially true if fear takes over.

Except in life threatening circumstances fear can be overcome.

The problem with irrational fears is that they feed on our imagination and tend to spiral downward into mental hell.

A negative thought if held onto will activate our imagination, soon after our emotions will begin to join them and the fire of misery starts to burn.

Judgements especially are hard on our imagination and peace of mind.

Most of us do not know how to stop the process or that we can.
