There is no escaping this if we hope to change.

Change only occurs when we see ourselves from within and without the influence of others.

Religions do not bring change.

They feed our mind, emotions and imagination with Novocain to dull the pain from the reality of seeing who we really are.

They can prevent us from discovering the truth within us.
