To be strong is to live without fear.
Toughness, hardness, pride and arrogance are not strength, but our ego’s resistance to fear and change.
Resistance to change, Resistance to the truth, Resisting surrender.
When we think we are being strong it could be that we are avoiding issues hiding deep within us.
True strength is found in facing ourselves without excuses.
