An empty cup begs to be refilled.

An empty heart longs to be loved.

An empty soul wants to be whole.

We must all go through the empty times of life.

Maybe to feel we can’t go on.

To let go of old habits and beliefs.

To face ourselves squarely.

To admit we simply don’t know.

To feel we are at wits end.

To discover the grace in surrender.

To stop resisting and letting go of control.

To allow ourselves to remember the truth within us.

To become whole again.
