More than anything peace of mind comes from knowing the truth.
Acceptance, nonjudgement, and trust over the events in our life.
It is a conscious revelation we receive from our higher self and guidance.
It is a mind that is not in conflict with itself or others.
In understanding forgiveness of self and others we let all conflict go.
No longer do we have to control all of the aspects of our lives.
We are undivided within ourselves and therefore at peace.
Conflict only arises when we allow our minds to judge either ourselves or others.
