What is Reality? Is it not a conscious agreement to believe in something to be true or real? It is a focus of attention and supported by outer experiences.
Our ego loves the reality it has created. In fact it wants us to accept the fact that it may be the only reality. Life intrudes from time to time to challenge that opinion. Encounters with the unknown are common to us all.
What happens if we change that focus or reality or life changes it for us. We become shocked, vulnerable and uncertain of what our life is. Some of you may know it as the dark night of your soul or is it a conscious rebirth into a new reality.
