Who of us has not felt the poison of bitterness and resentment?
Something did not happen when we wanted it too or we were passed over or rejected.
Resentment is self judgement. It is self punishment, because we did not have control over results and we felt powerless.
Most lives feel powerless most of the time and suffering for many is a way of life, because we have not found the true path within of our wholeness.
The problem with resentment is that for most they see it as punishment and not a blessing. Because we judge our life experience and divide them up into both good and evil events we do not see the connection our judgements have on affecting our lives.
