Resentment spoils the pond of our consciousness.
It is the brother of bitterness to be reborn.
Bitter and resentful thoughts give birth to bitter and resentful emotions, and they cause great harm both to us and others.
Our life experiences are a test to see if we will see a connection between our inner thoughts and emotions and our outer experiences or conditions. They are related and reflective of each other.
The unconscious or unaware person will see no connection between their thought, beliefs and outer experiences. They are connected, all of life is connected either by our beliefs or our awareness.
It is as important to give attention to our inner life, as we do to our outer life.
