Ever wonder why your moods change and fluctuate?
It is the pattern of our thinking and the events that influence them.
We are guided daily by our thinking and our emotions and imagination follow those thoughts.
It is only when we choose to stop being influenced by thoughts that we can return to our natural center consciously.
To regain ourselves and break the hypnotic spell we need to return to the silence often.
Most of our daily reactions are created in a soup consisting of thoughts, emotions and imagination.
Our true self becomes lost in them. It is buried under them.
No longer are we feeling our true self or acting from it.
We have been hijacked consciously by our thought, emotions and imagination.
Mental illness is often the result of our thoughts, emotions and imagination going renegade and dominating us consciously.
We need to daily return to our pure conscious center within and reclaim our natural state of mental health and healing.
