Going It Alone

It is hard to be ourselves, for years other people have been telling us who we should be, how we should act and what we should think.

Trusting ourselves and life is not easy, our lack of any self knowledge has caused us to wither under extreme self judgement.

Guilt, shame, doubt and uncertainty wrestle for the psyche of many and they became a slave to the beliefs of others.

To awaken from this toxic sleep, we must go it alone. No one can do it for us and no one can tell us what to expect. We must experience it for ourselves.
