Fear creates a wall that blocks our higher self connection.
It stands in the way of our feelings through strong emotions.
In some cases it creates a paralyzing effect that can block higher conscious realizations.
It is a bully that at all costs will never willingly let go.
It is our ego that uses fear to control our actions and choices.
In a sense it is a guardian of our ego, but at the same time a prison guard.
The strength of our ego is in proportion to the level of our hidden fears.
It can seal our fate if we choose or fail to address them.
To become fully conscious we must come to terms with our ego and surrender it’s influence.
Beyond the fear and our ego is the freedom we are searching for.

Hi Robert, l often tell my ego she is safe when she feels hurt and try to laugh at her when she feels fury. I made friends with her about 18 months ago, once l better learned how to observe her … l am still leaning of course!
