The Ego Lives Alone

Isolation from it all

This morning my partner CJ Heck and I were having a conversation about the ego and how it isolates us from our feelings. She is often my inspiration and a springboard for my writing.

We are born into an ego, which includes our thoughts, emotions, memories and imagination and we have forgotten where we came from. It was an ocean of infinite consciousness, free of the struggles of our worldly existence and therefore limited in our experience.
