Our Need Of Surrender

Our ego is very insecure.

It seeks control in all areas of our life.

It is a stumbling block to higher conscious realizations.

It makes us feel alone and we are separated from our higher power.

So that power reminds us from time to time that we need more than control.

It is in those moments of darkness and when we feel out of control.

The voice of our power will speak to us in the dread of our isolation.

It has only one message to speak to us and that message is to let go and surrender.

We are not meant to control life, but to trust it and its divine power.

Forget the logic and reasoning and realize that outside our little world a vast universe is thriving without it.

We are the children of the universe and we must return and relearn its ways.

We must harmonize with it and understand its intent for us.

The first step to returning is to let go of the control of our ego and return to the innocence within us.

Humility is the key that unlocks the door into our inner power.

It is the first step in letting go of control and the ego.
