The Need To Be ONE

Ever since we were born we have been looking for something, even if we did not know what it was.

We first looked for the comfort of our mother and then both parents.

After leaving home for school and widening our field of contacts we sought our identity among friends and the beginning of beliefs.

As time marched on and we grew older we began to notice the opposite sex. Our bodies changed and so did our emotions.

Beyond school and family we were drawn to another to fulfill a longing and desire that was very primal and necessary.

Sometimes we made a connection and other times we did not. Somehow not all of them seemed to fill a deep void within us.
