Feeling What?
Consciously feeling into ourselves and awakening our sleeping self.
We do this by allowing it to happen.
So much has been written and spoken about meditation for hundreds of years that the simplicity of it is not seen.
Many make the mistake of thinking that imagination is meditating, but it is not.
Our imagination is a function of our mind and while it can through hypnosis influence our thinking and beliefs, it is not meditating.
Meditation is a conscious shift from thought to feeling. It is expanding our conscious knowledge of ourselves.
