Fear is the essence of the dark path.
Its end game is self-destruction and the destruction of everything.
Just as enlightenment leads to higher conscious realizations, fear is an all-consuming conscious energy which swallows up the light.
Fear breeds distrust, hatred, extreme selfishness, violence, and perversity of deeds.
Fear destroys goodness and love. It only cares for itself.
It breeds deception and lying.
