Doubt, fear and depression are all tools of our mind and ego.
It is the way our ego controls us. Our ego is all about control.
Even for the awakened it will not magically just disappear.
Some may feel it is gone in the beginning.
It comes back often to test us, because it is more familiar to us than our higher conscious self.
We are used to being our ego and higher self consciousness is a dream.
It is a test to see if we want to stay connected to it and the karma it has created or do we want to transcend it into a new awakened awareness of ourselves.
