Please understand that in meditation we have an unlimited ability to feel consciously.
Unlike thoughts consciousness is not limited to one dimension.
It is not a prisoner to the mind and ego.
No greater freedom exists than to consciously feel.
The problem is an addiction to thought built up over a lifetime.
Being conditioned to think and almost never to feel.
It creates a very limited identity and distorts reality.
Reality is that consciousness is unlimited, while thoughts are not.
Consciousness can assume an infinite number of identities, while thought only a limited few.
We all have a choice either to think or feel.
To feel has no limitations, while thought has many.
It takes time to feel in meditation and open the pathway into higher consciousness.
When we spend a lifetime thinking we have to remember how to feel.
To feel is to remember all that is real and break free of all limitation.
