What does it mean to heal?

It is coming into conscious remembrance of who and what we are.
It is transcending our mind, ego and lower identity.
It is overcoming doubt, fear, guilt, shame, and judgement.
It is wiping the slate clean consciously so that our mind, ego and emotions cannot punish us.
