This is a tough one to answer.
How do we communicate inspiration to others that uplifts their spirit, but not influence their minds to follow our leading.
Much of this answer is discovered in asking ourselves whether our intent is coming from our higher self or to satisfy our ego.
Inspiration is a call to us to awaken our latent power and ability to heal our lives. It is a call to responsibility, our responsibility to discover for ourselves the mystery of life and ourselves.
We are not asked to follow anyone, but to trust ourselves and what we feel to awaken ourselves consciously.
Influence is a manipulation of the mind, especially a weak mind that does not know its true self.
This is how salesmen, dictators, religious figures and conmen can trick us into believing their deceptions.
We do not yet know ourselves and we are choosing to become a self that is wrapped in deception, their deceptions.
This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. Hamlet, act I, scene iii, lines 78–80. Polonius is speaking to Laertes: Page 2 In human beings is benovelence, and as the night follows day, also war.
