There are levels of silence within us.
Each is a level removed from the other.
One is the removal of all outside noise and disturbance.
Another is the removal of inner thoughts and emotion.
The third is a merging or releasing into pure consciousness.
Each step requires the sidestepping of the others.
It is like a drop of water surrendering into the ocean and it disappears into it.
This is how we defeat fear and all negative thought and emotion.
We let go of their hypnotic influence.
