Our ego identifies with our mind and the physical world.
It believes this is the only reality and there is no other.
When we die we fear to let go of all it has claimed.
Our fear is in letting go of the illusion.
We are torn between desperately wanting to remain in control of our life and the realization that we can’t.
We will have to let it go and we don’t want to.
To die in peace we must reach a point where we can and will surrender all desire and be willing to let go of attachments.
We much reach a point where we are even able to surrender our body and mind joyfully.
To joyfully let them go and say goodbye without any judgement and regret.
The more attached mentally and emotionally we are to this world the harder it will be.
Death is the end of our control and a journey into oneness.
The more consciously aware we become the easier it is.
It is through conscious awareness that a bridge is built between this world or dimension and the next.
We do not have to wait to die to know the power of surrender and the peace it brings. The knowledge contained within it.
We can do that any day or moment we choose.
The journey begins within.
