Understanding Reality

Its not what We think.

Reality is a complex issue. In a sense it is a subjective view of life in which we measure our experiences against our beliefs. We think we know that what we have experienced is reality.

Many times in our lives unexpected events occur that defy our understanding of reality and usher confusion into our beliefs. Sometimes this is a major turning point in our lives where we begin to question what is reality.
