The Energy Of Life
We are already complete beings, but our ego is filled with desire.
It is the perception of duality that gives our ego strength and causes us to feel incomplete.
This causes us to seek completion through physical union with others.
It is a normal expression of our life energies.
As we age and these energies recede an opportunity can present itself for us to return to our completion.
Meditation is a method of surrendering our ego sexual energies back into the oneness.
