We consider our physical world to be reality. This is because that is all our senses can identify with, but there are other realities.
Consciousness knows no boundaries, unlike our mind. It is the essence and substance of existence. Unlike our mind and imagination which are only temporal, our consciousness is infinite in its quality.
Upon leaving our body we are freed from the limitations of our physical senses. What seems to be the end, because of our mental and emotional attachments to this world is nothing but a conscious crossover into higher states of awareness. Some call this heaven.
